Emergency repair of two MagnumDS breakers. Both breakers had issues comminicating with the external PLC logic. Issues where resolved by replacing the OTS on one and the Aux switch on the second breaker.
We perform the annual shutdowns for multiple AMAT facilities that involve thousands of breakers, transformers, relays, ect.
A water main break flooded the electric room and switchgear. Ampteks was tasked with switchgear and circuit breaker remediation, the job was completed in 24hrs.
Ampteks provided two DS840's to integrate into a transfer switch scheme, we also refurbished and modified two existing DS-840's as spares.

Powerbreak II mechanism repair. Replaced 24 rebound dampeners which cause the breaker not to charge. We have performed 500+ repairs on Powerbreak II for this problem.
